Family Leadership Institute

In collaboration with esteemed community partners such as the Nebraska Department of Education and Project ASSETS, we have been able to facilitate the Family Leadership Institute (FLI) curriculum to our leaders in Nebraska since 2022.

To date, a total of 383 participants have experienced this comprehensive educational framework, discovering, nourishing, and expressing their potential. Individuals are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and inspiration needed to guide their families towards success in both scholastic, work, and other life pursuits.

The FLI curriculum transcends geographical boundaries, ensuring its accessibility to a diverse audience. Each cohort includes six weekly sessions delivered seamlessly through Zoom in Spanish and English. Our organizers support and guide leaders through the program and ensure each person is getting the best and full experience. Vision boards turn into action plans and together we can find the resources to accomplish each goal.

The culmination of each cohort is marked by a graduation ceremony featuring Consuelo Castillo Kickbush, a nationally recognized community leader, international speaker and founder of Educational Achievement Services, Inc.

“My experience in the Family Leadership Institute program has been transformative. I learned valuable tools that not only strengthened my relationship with my daughters but also allowed me to envision a more promising future. The program is not just a learning journey but an expedition towards building stronger family bonds.”
